I was born May 17, 1982 in South side Hospital in Suffolk County, Long Island. My elementary years were spent in the Bronx where I received two scholarships to study at the Brooklyn Museum of Art when I was 10 and 11 years old. At the museum I was exposed to art from all over the world, initiating my love for Asian art and culture. I became interested in Martial Arts after receiving Karate lessons at an after school program. I had only gone to two classes before I found myself having to utilize the few skills that I had learned. One day as I was coming out of a pizza shop, I was jumped for the one dollar that I had left. This incident made me take Martial Arts more seriously.

Soon after, me and my family moved to Long Island. I was sad to leave the Bronx so I immersed myself in Martial Arts and its culture as much as a broke twelve year old could. I taught myself jump kicks which made laymen think that I was a true martial artist, and picking out my afro in between hair cuts gave me a quick right hook. I got my first real taste of Martial Arts at a Taekwondo school near my house in Central Islip.

I received two awards from the town of Islip and numerous awards from Central Islip High School. I went to the Fashion Institute of Technology for two years majoring in illustration, however I decided to retire before attaining my degree. While attending FIT, I was fortunate enough to find a Hung gar instructor who I am still studying under currently.

I returned to Central Islip and illustrated a children’s book titled "The All Star Wheelers".

I was born...later in my young years i found out that drawing was kinda cool. So I continued it for many years after. My levels increased with every skribble. I practiced hard! I stayed focused on my goal! What was/is my goal you ask? Well to be a comic/manga artist silly. I began frequently looking at other artist styles. I absorbed there pictures into my mind. Fusing all the styles and different techniques I have learned into one. Pages came and went. "Practice, practice, practice!", I said as my pencil raced across the page. Every new line birthed new love for this art. But I knew that I still had/have a long way to go and at the age of 22 still i haven't amassed the levels that I think I should be at. Till this day, this very second as i type this, I am hard at work and giving it all I got...

I thank all the artist who have inspired me over the years to draw, to keep the art work pooring into my sketch book. I must warn you all though...my drawing justu's are growing. With that I will bring a whole new perspective on life.
